How Do You Experience Stress?

Stress can be caused by a variety of events and experiences. Some events are ones we are excited about, while others cause worry or dread. Some stress can be positive and motivate you to take action, and other stressors can cause you to feel indecisive or stuck in place. Regardless or the stressor, we each experience and feel stress in different ways. Below we highlight some common physical symptoms and emotional/cognitive and behavioral responses to stress.
